School is in and its time to pick a new sport
Beginner Classes
This is the first step for a lot of future divers! We recommend all children age 8-12 start here.
There is no diving experience required, here we teach kids the basics of diving - jumping forwards, backwards, going head first, and jumping off the high boards.
From this class divers can jump to intermediate, Advanced, or precompetitive. Talk to the coach mid November for recommendations and next steps for your diver.
All kids must know how to swim.
Mini Divers
What's exciting about this program is that we can kids enjoying the water sooner! In these one hour classes kids age 5-7 spend 30 minutes on trampoline or on drylands working on skills before doing 30 minutes of water activities.
This group is mostly fun and games. We hope by the end of the session that kids will be going head first off the 1m spring board and jump off the 3m platform.
We hope to get kids hooked on sport by having fun!
This group trains Wednesday and Fridays

Intermediate
We recommend that all children that sign up for this class are between the ages of 8-12.
We recommend that all kids begin with some form of diving experience unless they are very coordinated athletes already with no fear.
Kids in the class will touch on things from the beginner class and will progress to jumping backwards and going head first off the 3m board, as well as combination skills such as hurdle front dive tuck.
After this class we recommend Advanced Learn to Dive
Advanced
In Advanced Diving kids get two hour practices. We do one hour trampoline and Gymnastics prior to one hour diving.
We highly recommend that kids are able to jump off the high boards before signing up for this class, and that they have 1 to 2 session of learn to dive in either beginner or intermediate or gymnastics experience.
In this class we work on back dive tuck, inward dive tuck, and front flips.
