Are you a competitive diver but youre from a different club and want to continue your training while here in windsor? We got you! send us an email with your name, age, phone number, and club, and if there are any skills in particular that need to be worked on or avoided.

High Performance training
- My kid can't swim yet, can I still bring them?
NO! we do not teach swimming. If your kid loves to flip take them to gymnastics or dance until it's safe for them to be near water. We do not teach kids how to swim.
- What should my kid bring?
water bottle, optional snacks, shorts and tshirt, hair elastics, bathing suit
- is it ok that my kid has no previous training?
YES! that's what were here for! we will take it one step at a time.
- how young is too young?
4 is usually too young, but we will accept a mature 4 year old.
- can my kid have a free class?
Not during the summer. we do offer free tryouts September - june.
