Meet Our Competitive Coaches

Coach Ioana Marinescu is the founder, owner, and head coach of Windsor Diving Club. She was an Olympic diver participating in the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. As a Coach she attended many international events including Olympic trials and Pan-Am Games. All her divers who aimed for scholarships achieved D1 scholarships

Coach Andreea Marinescu is our competitive, pre-competitive, and Learn to Dive coach. She graduated from the University of Windsor with a major in Kinesiology and minor in visual arts. She hopes to coach elite athletes. Her hobbies include drawing, and painting.
